    Why is this letter H stopping my Blackberry Curve from working?

    My Blackberry Curve will randomly have a scanning letter H in a black box appear in the center of the screen, and it stays there, and prevents me from using my phone for about five minutes at a time. What is going on?! How do I fix this?
