    Android Phone -Reset & Now no Play Store!?

    My friend gave me a old froyo android phone so i did a reset. Now I don't have the Play Store anymore and i have the market again. I currently have no data contract. I am unable to sign in with my own Google account because it says the servers are down. How do i get the Play Store again?!
