Hi, I recently got a blackberry bold 9700. I can't seem to get it to sync to the latest desktop software(6.1). Whenever I plug it into my computer, nothing would happen but charge itself and an analog clock would pop up on my blackberry. Any suggestions? Also I'm trying to remove IT policy
