Hey, for 2 days now i have had this sharp "stabbing" pain in my lower left rib area, the pain is always there but it doesn't really hurt unless i breath in deep or exhale out hard. If i take a full breathe and hold it in, the pain gets pretty bad, makes smoking really irritating. Im 20 years...
