main thing you want to check and replace is the regulator/rectifier unit...they fail quite often and overcharge your battery to death..ide stake my reputation on it...

lower suspension arm bushes...common fault,around £30 from most parts stores. or possible an anti roll bar link ,£12. generally shockers dont knock,they just loose there oil and become extremely bouncy

all right there brummy....3 years of keeping the bike onder 6000 rpms will have choked it up a little,be prepaired for some crap being shot out the pipes...in second rev it till you hit the limiter,do the same in third.... Max Power 77 hp 56.1 kW @ 10500 rpm Max Torque 54 Nm @ 9500 rpm it...
