I'm having an issue with my 2000 jeep wrangler fast flashing. When I turn on my headlights the turn signal fast flashes and all signals seem to be a little dimmer than usual. The flashing only occurs when the headlights are on, and no bulbs are out. I'm not really too good at troubleshooting...
