I have a 32" smart series tv. One of the old ones from 1999. My problem with the tv is that it cuts the picture off by about 1/2 inch on the top and bottom of the screen. Meaning the picture is too big for the screen. Is there anyway I can calibrate the screen so the picture fits the screen...
