My yz 125 is leaking gas whenever i turn the fuel on and it's leaking from the overflow im pretty sure is there any way to fix this?

I just got my yz back from the repair man and I need to change the oil and I found the cap for the oil but there is no dipstick and I was wondering if there is a dipstick or sight window to check the motor oil. Please help!!
