I have been looking for a good breeder of WORKING, ABCA registered Border Collies. I recently came across a breeder who said that his b*tch that he bred last week has cancer. I am assuming he knew beforehand. So...breeding a dog that has cancer. Isn't it a bad idea? Are cancers in dogs...
