    Is it bad to eat a handful of nuts before bed?

    Will it cause weight gain? The only way to get the calories I need is to have a snack after football practice. Normally it's nuts.

    Is it ok to still eat ice cream if I am not gaining weight?

    Is it ok a couple times of week? It is the onliy think I indulge on. Or is it still bad for my health in other ways?
