i have a 28in, 21speed bike,with regular curled handle bars that are fomed, with twist shift on them. I need a set up so i dont have to lean over all the time that puts pressure on my wrists and elbows.very painful for me. what can i do? im 6ft 1

so far we changed the battery and alternater and still overcharging.also putting the heater on draws the car down to very slow idle, and putting the lights on shuts the car off. please help
