    Is Chestnut Street around the Olive Garden?

    a safe neighborhood, or is is a war zone like Camden and North Philly? BQ: Are there any mid priced hotels in the area that offer really late check-in times, like after 11 PM? I'm not sure what time we'd be getting to the hotel, and there will probably be alcohol involved. Thanks.
