    Need help connecting a dell inspirion 1521 to a sanyo LCD tv with VGA cable?

    I tried hooking up my laptop to my Sanyo TV but the screen stays black an says no single I got everything I was told I needed to make the connection work but nothing happens. I also don't have the manual for TV an laptop
