    My sony ericsson spiro cannot sent message and i cannot read the inbox.?

    I dont know what happend to my phone. I cannot read the inbox and cannot send sms.. Whenever i received sms..... Word "message corrupted" would appear....Why? ......how to format the phone myself....???
