    My Philips MP3 Player Is Frozen And Will Not Reset?

    I have the Philips GoGear RaGa 4gb. I tried to connect to my computer but it would connect then disconnect and connect then disconnect and this kept going on. Now, it won't connect at all and my MP3 is frozen on the music screen. I've tried resetting it several times but it just stays frozen...
