I am looking for a ipod holder to wear at the gym,for the old wide white ipod 30gb,sth different than armband ( my arms are skinny and this ipod is pretty ig ) I will be grateful for some ideas :)

I can send messages to the contacts from my messenger list (and they get them for sure), I even see that somebody is typing a message but I don't get it at all. Before everything was fine and I have this problem for about a week. Please help me
