    What is this chat box on my mail page and how can I get rid of it?

    On my Yahoo Mail page there is a box that says "Chat and Mobile Text". I don't know why that is there, but it causes me trouble from time to time. When I least expect it my Messenger disconnects because it says I have signed into chat. I never sign into chat. Then, sometimes I'll get a message...
