    How Important are Ab Exercises in Burning Tummy Fat?

    I've always heard that the best way to lose tummy fat is by doing cardio and that ab exercises don't do much. I currently workout 3-5 days a week. Each time, i start with 40mins of cardio ( kickboxing ) then 40mins of sculpting exercises with 5 pound weights then finish off with another 20mins...
