    i need help making an exercise plan?

    im a 5'9 206 lb 14 year old guy. i estimate im at about 20% body fat or a little more. it cant be too high im starting to get a line down the middle of my stomach. ive been fasting and have lost 10 lbs so far. i want to get down to 170. what exercise/diet plan will help me achieve this
