    ASP.net AJAX doesn't work when published?

    I have an UpdatePanel working properly in asp.net using C# when it is run in the VS2008 developmental server. I also have IIS 6.0 installed, and have installed the ASP.net ajax extensions 1.0 on the computer. When I publish the web site, the UpdatePanel does not work - any triggers or buttons...
