    Need help with a few things about sony vegas pro 9?

    hey guys i just got vegas 9 pro and i have all the plugins and stuff, but they dont show up in the video Fx tab.....could somone just tell me from where and what software i have to download/install for free to make them show up? cuz i just formated my Pc and i have no idea what software it is...
