I want a safe, reliable, fuel efficient car that gets 30 on the highway and 23 in the city. Preferably with 200+ horsepower and doesn't require premium or diesel fuel. And I want for it to be comfy, good-looking, and in the 20-30k range. any ideas? Does such a car exist yet?

I hear so many conflicting opinions on whether or not cars need to be started and left idle for 5 minutes before driving in the wintertime (freezing or below temperature). Is this true for all cars? Only older cars? or what?? Any mechanics or car buffs out there?
