is this a recurring problem with the dash3g?
my original dash 5yrs old is still working, I'm using it now, inferior materials? the new one freezes up too, along with messaging snafus!
...on a land line? and if you ask them a legitimate tough question, they just switch you to billing, asking if you want to pay your bill now!
you can't get any help from them at all, it's shameful!
