    switching phones on Sprint?

    I'm switching from a palm pixi to a samsung epic, what do i need to do? I'm going to have them switch over my contacts and everything in the sprint store in my town. Do i need to know my account username and password for this to happen? (I'm on a family plan so I don't know the password).

    where are photos that I saved from the internet located on my palm pixi?

    I've saved a few pics and my phone said that they've been saved to My Photos but they aren't there. Any help, please?
