    my wah pedal is making a *whoop*whoop*whoop* sound?

    i plugged my wah pedal in today, but as soon as i plug it into my amp all i get is a high pitched continuous squeel. kind of sounds like *whoop*whoop*whoop*whoop*. i cant get it to stop no matter what i do. it doesent matter if my guitar is plugged in or not. anybody have a similiar issue or any...
