i cannot connect to wifi or bluetooth.....it just stop working after a year. so can someone plz HELP ME!!!

I have some 18 in inch rims for my cobalt, and my rims don't have caps on it. Could i use any kind of rim cap to replace it, or do I need to find the original caps for the certain rim.
