I jailbreaked my iPod yesterday and I am having problems. I used Loader, got Cydia, added Installous, and it won't install the apps. I download them fine, then when I go to install them it say that it works but the app doesn't show up on my homepage. I have only been successful with one app...

If yes, where and how? I would prefer the easiest way.
