Hello, I was wondering how can i treat my right hand.
I fell off my bike (going10mph-ish)and landed on the palm on my hand and it hurts like hell...
any suggestions?
i have a cut on my left arm but i applied a disinfectant...
my right hand's palm just hurts like hell....
