    I purchased the HTML, XHTML and CSS All-In-One for Dummies book on the kindle not aware that it came with a CD which is apparently very important. The Kindle is connected to my dad's credit card so I do not know much about purchases or anything. Will I be able to get the CD now for free? If not...
