Toilet and Bath facilities it says for facilites ( child day care facilities ) have from one to 15 kids there shall be 1 toilet and wash basin (sink). And there after shall be 1 additional toilet and basin for every 30 children there after .. are they talking about ... for like say the 15 kids...
