    Verizon Wireless phones at Costco?

    I have a verizon phone currently but i am not eligible for upgrade. I noticed phones are a lot cheaper at Costco than Verizon itself. Can I buy a phone for full retail price at Costco even though I am not eligible for upgrade yet?
