I know a thing or two about cars, but I can't figure out why the cooling fan isn't coming on. I've swapped the fan relay, checked the fan fuse, checked the fan itself, swapped the temp sensor. What else is there to check. My guesses are its the PCM (computer) or a faulty wire somewhere, but...
