    My cable modem wont connect to the internet the power light is on but the send/recive lights are blinking, its not connected to anything and i have restarted it many times, please help me. it's been doing it for a month and a half now

    Motorola Surfboard 5B5101?

    When i try to connect to the internet net the lights blink and then stay lit until it gets to "online" then all of a sudden the send and recive lights blink at the same time. the power light and the send/recive are the only lights that come on.
