    My Motorola h700 bluetooth headset wont turn on :(?

    Im going to try to be as clear as possible, when i plug the headset in through usb, its turns green saying its fully charged. When i unplug it from the usb cord and try to at least turn it on to pair it with my ps3 it will not turn on at allllllllllll . this is starting to really bug me. Please...
