    if you have a curved spine/bad posture would machines be better than free weights?

    at least to start out with... i keep hearing/reading people say that machines arent as good.. but its so much easier for me to focus on holding my posture correctly, and focus on the right muscles on machines.. and it seems to be working pretty well.. i was thinking if free weights really are...

    where do you get your news?

    is it just me, or is it getting harder and harder to find any real news? i never bother with tv news anymore, and for a long time ive been looking at a few web-news sources that i had thought were fairly reliable... but more and more it seems that everyone has some slant they want to sell me...
