What's a good media player that can play .flv files on the htc desire z without having to convert? I've tried QQplayer and arcMedia. QQ can only play some of the .flv files, and arc plays all of them but the sound is way out of sync.

I recently bought a HTC Desire off someone. They had used Bell and I use Rogers. When I place my SIM card into the phone, it says I need a SIM unlock code. What do I do? Is there an expire time? (like after a month does it unlock automatically?)
