    I have a sharp pain under right breast in my rib cage, can somebody please

    help me identify what it is? Yesterday at dinner I started getting a pain in my right rib cage below my breast. It go 20x worse over night. It hurts to move and it gets worse if I breath, especially anything but a short tiny breath. It is very sharp and extreme, it is hurting just really bad it...
