    Do you have to pay for OverDrive Media Console App for iphone/ipods?

    It says its free but when i went to install it on my ipod touch, it basically ask me if i want to pay if not cancel what the hell im so confused by this app, i can get it for free on my pc so whats the deal, help please and thank you
