    is it true if you lay down after you eat, your stomach stops digesting?

    That's what i saw on DR. OZ but im not too sure if that applies to 17 yr old girls...i think that show is mostly for older people but ya anyways im 20 pounds under weight and i want to gain weight but my metabolism is really fast or something so i just want to know, is this true?
