    Question about buying unlock phones off ebay?

    So I'm planning on buying a 'Nokia c6 Unlocked GSM smartphone' off ebay. How do I get it unlocked? Do I just put my prepaid optus simcard in and it will work? Will all the internet browsing features still work like wi-fi? and picture texting?
