    When does my billing cycle re-start?

    My Rogers Account App says that my cuurent billing cycle ends on December 24, but the counter will reset the following day. Does that mean that even though it does not show on the counter,as of 12:01 am on December 24 I have a brand new bill? P.S merry Christmas everyone!
