I held one of my hamsters near the other ones cage so she could see the other one and the one in the cage reached through and bit her nose. A bit was hanging off and it was bleeding slightly. What can I do for her? I'm really shaken up. It looked bad.

I bought two dwarf hamster siblings from a pet shop and they're both winter whites. One is white and the other is still grey/brown with a blackish stripe down it's back(resembles a chipmunk). Are they really the same breed? Btw, it's December.
