whats the best audio format for a ringtone?? i recently put a song (mp3 format) on my phone to use it as a ringtonebut when i get a call it doesnt ring as much as the standard nokia or any other default set ring tone does....

i have a NOKIA 6120c and it wont turn on... i've tried leaving it on charge.. i took out the battery lightly blew off any dust and it still wont turn on... i know for sure thats its not a flat battery coz its was fully charged last night... i also used the phone last night and it was working...
