    New tank fish died. What did I do wrong?

    Ok we bought the tank filled it with water, hooked up the pump the heater and the light. Waited 24 hours put the rocks (after we rinsed them) and the decorations waited about 4 hours put the water treatment. Then waited another hour. Then we added a neon tetra two hy115 (apparently new species)...
