    Would burning 300 calories be too much when just starting on a diet and

    exercise program? I bought a treadmill that measures how many calories you burn and for a 30 minute workout, I burn 250, so I did an extra 50. Is that too much?

    It is just for maintenance. My car is a 2008 and I just want to make sure my alternator, battery, belts, tires are all ok. We are going on a 6 hour road trip so I'm just making sure everything is good to go. I have to bring it in for them to look at my block heater bc the other day the cord...
