    im having problems and i cant afford a doctor at all?

    i get really bad anxiety and i get depressed sometimes , i all so have episodes where i get really exited for no reason or really depressed for no reason like at times where i should be happy, i all ways get the urge to go out and buy something and the urge doesn't go away till i buy something...
