i have an '83 ford bronco the switch on the inside and the key doesnt work the window is stuck all the way up so i cant open my tailgate. can someone help me to fix it possibly a wiring diagram. I did notice an unplugged wire inside the tailgate but i dont know what it connects to. any answers?

I have a 1983 ford bronco 5.8W the fuel gauge is stuck at E. I went underneath and saw the wire connected to the sending unit was unhooked so I connected it but it still does not work. Any help would be appreciated. If you know where the fuse box for this is please let me know.
