I have pretty bad posture but I feel apart of it is is the mind. Because I am fatter, I have more fat in my chest. I'm a man. So sometimes I feel a little uncomfortable standing up straight because it makes it more noticeable.
and cool down) when should? I stretch? I was once told by someone to stretch after doing my warm up, but I tend to do 30-45 minute warm ups/aerobics then my weightlifting. Then my cool downs after. Should I stretch before or after my warm out, and should I stretch before or after my cool downs?
