    How many days a week should I work out at the gym?

    I'm starting to go the gym again after a sort of hiatus. I'm not overweight, thin/average naturally. Getting a little doughy though if you know what I mean. So far I'm on my 3rd day in a row. I do pretty much the same thing every time I'm there. 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the sitting...
