I am a gamer, and am looking for a good gaming tv with fast reaction or whatever you want to call it. I am looking at a 20-30" tv. I was wondering if 720p and 1080p on a tv that small would make a difference. Same with 60Hz snf 120Hz. I know on bigger tv's (40-60") 60Hz is really bad and low for...
